Job Description:

We seek motivated Candidates to join our team as a Senior Telecaller Executive. The ideal candidate will hold a minimum qualification of High school diploma or any degree equivalent and possess relevant experience in Strong active listening skills. Key responsibilities include Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads on Debt Collection services in nationalized bank Loans (SBI, IOB, INB), with a strong emphasis on teamwork, attention to detail, and effective communication. Candidates should demonstrate problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement in their field

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads on Debt Collection services in nationalized bank Loans (SBI, IOB, INB).
Qualify leads by asking relevant questions understanding the customer’s situation and resolving the loan by Settlement.
Schedule appointments for Field representatives to follow up with qualified leads if necessary.
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving customer concerns.
Maintain accurate records of all calls and interactions.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly resolution goals on the Portfolio allocated.
Stay up-to-date on the V4 Financial Services Portfolio allocated to you.
Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals.

Requirements:

High school diploma or any degree equivalent.
Freshers or up to 2 years of experience as a telecaller or in a similar banking collection service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong active listening skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with SKIP Tracing or CRM software is a plus.
