We seek motivated Candidates to join our team as a Jr Customer Service Executive. The ideal candidate will hold a minimum qualification of any Undergraduate/postgraduate and possess relevant experience in Desired Skill sets Understanding of Provisioning process, Telephone, Internet, Data, Service Activation. Key responsibilities include Responsible for all operations & trouble shooting with respect to installation support, network service configuration, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, attention to detail, and effective communication. Candidates should demonstrate problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement in their field

Responsibilities

  1. Operational Duties:
    • Responsible for all operations and troubleshooting related to installation support and network service configuration.
    • Deliver results with a direct impact on achieving project goals aligned with business requirements.
  2. Configuration & Deployment:
    • Ensure the completion of configuration tasks for Enterprise/Wholesale customers with clean deployments within SLAs.
  3. Change Management & Migrations:
    • Conduct change management, turn-up, and migration requests.
  4. Testing & Troubleshooting:
    • Perform standard testing and troubleshooting of installs/activations post-provisioning.
  5. Project Participation:
    • Regularly contribute as a full team member in significant projects or activities.
  6. Service & Order Management:
    • Ensure timely performance of all installation functions to meet agreed SLAs/KPIs.
    • End-to-end order management for smooth delivery.
  7. Escalation Management:
    • Manage escalations and ensure proper resolution if projects are in jeopardy.
  8. Supplier Coordination:
    • Coordinate with suppliers for service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualification & Experience:
    • Relevant experience in network project management and on-field work.
