Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in US and Domestic recruitment. and possess relevant experience in Proven work experience as a US Technical Recruiter and Domestic Recruiter, Write and post technical job descriptions.. Key responsibilities include Technical Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles., with a strong emphasis on teamwork, attention to detail, and effective communication. Candidates should demonstrate problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement in their field.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to join our HR team and drive the growth of our IT departments. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting a pipeline of qualified candidates for various technical roles. Your role will also include networking with professionals to enhance our employer branding, reducing time-to-hire, and ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Activities:
- Write and post compelling job descriptions for technical roles.
- Source and identify potential candidates on niche platforms like Stack Overflow and GitHub.
- Perform pre-screening calls to assess candidates’ abilities.
- Parse technical skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes effectively.
- Conduct interviews using a mix of structured, technical, and behavioral assessments.
- Candidate Engagement:
- Craft and send personalized recruiting emails to engage passive candidates.
- Compose detailed job offer letters and oversee onboarding processes for new hires.
- Employer Branding:
- Promote the company’s reputation as a desirable place to work.
- Network online and offline to attract and retain top IT professionals.
- Process Management:
- Utilize various interview formats such as phone, Skype, Teams, WebEx, and structured interviews.
- Manage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and maintain resume databases.
- Apply advanced sourcing techniques, including social media recruiting and Boolean search methods.
- Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure recruitment practices align with HR policies and labor legislation.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a US and Domestic Technical Recruiter.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in IT recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and resume databases.
- Strong knowledge of technical sourcing techniques and platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
- Education: BSc/BBA/MBA in Human Resources Management, IT, or a relevant field.
