Job Description
As a Recruitment Support Executive, you will play a key role in supporting our recruitment processes and ensuring an exceptional experience for both applicants and internal teams. This role requires excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to incoming support calls, emails, and chats, addressing applicant queries and concerns efficiently.
- Monitor and manage the support mailbox and chat platforms, ensuring timely resolution of all inquiries.
- Screen applications to ensure they meet company requirements and guidelines.
- Generate and maintain detailed reports on support calls, emails, and applicant screening activities as per management’s instructions.
- Analyze support trends and provide actionable insights for process improvement to the management team.
- Assist supervisors with additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements:
- Graduation in any field (Undergraduate or Postgraduate).
Experience:
- Minimum of 6 months in a support or customer service role.
Skills and Attributes:
- Strong aptitude and reasoning abilities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Tech-savvy, quick learner, and self-starter with a proactive attitude.
Technical Prerequisites:
- Internet: Stable WiFi with at least 100 Mbps speed.
- Device:
- Laptop with minimum specifications: 8 GB RAM (Windows) or 3 GB RAM (Mac).
- Processor: Minimum i3 8th Gen @ 2.4 GHz.
- Internal GPU: Minimum 256 MB.
- Functional camera and quality headset.
- Workspace: Quiet, well-lit workspace conducive to professional work.
