Job Description:
We seek motivated Candidates to join our team as a CA Industrial Trainee. The ideal candidate will hold a minimum qualification of Passed intermediate exams.Completed only 18 months of Articleship.Interested in 12 – 18 months of training. and possess relevant experience in Radical customer centricity.Ownership-driven culture.Keeping everything simple.Long-term thinking.Complete transparency. Key responsibilities include Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue and expenses.Prepare AOP and prior period variance analysis for various levels of management.Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports; providing relevant insights to support strategic decisions.Assist in the execution of audit procedures by providing internal and external audit support, as required.Perform market research and comparable company analysis.Undertake ad-hoc reporting and analysis, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, attention to detail, and effective communication. Candidates should demonstrate problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement in their field
