Job Description:
Genpact Is Hiring Freshers For The Editor/Content Analyst.We seek motivated Candidates to join our team as a Editor/Content Analyst. The ideal candidate will hold a minimum qualification of any Degree and possess relevant experience in Content Management,content editing,non voice-process. Key responsibilities include Provide resolution to maintain standards of quality, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, attention to detail, and effective communication. Candidates should demonstrate problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards continuous improvement in their field.
Responsibilities:
• Provide resolution to maintain standards of quality
• Review content and provide resolution based on prescribed guidelines
• Recognize trends and patterns and raise issues timely
• Provide insights to help improve the support to the users
• Maintain a thorough understanding of process and policies
• Provide excellent customer service to our customers
Minimum qualifications:
• Any Graduate (PG an added advantage)
• Freshers are eligible
• Fluent in Read/Write in English & Marathi Language
Preferred qualifications:
• Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
• Problem solving skills with customer centric approach
• Must be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift work)
