Job Description:

Trigent Software Is Hiring Freshers For Back Office. We seek motivated Candidates to join our team as a back office. The ideal candidate will hold a minimum qualification of UG:B.Com in Any Specialization, B.Sc in Any Specialization, B.B.A/ B.M.S in Any Specialization, B.An in Any Specialization and possess relevant experience in data entry and back Office. Key responsibilities include Performing data entry and research in various systems and tracking tools. Apply knowledge of processes and related systems to assist in identifying, assessing, and resolving issues/problems. Assess and resolve non-standard and standard issues or problems. Seek advice and escalate issues when faced with tasks/problems outside the scope of the work., with a strong emphasis on teamwork, attention to detail, and effective communication. Candidates should demonstrate problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement in their field.

Perform data entry and research in various systems and tracking tools.

Apply knowledge of processes and related systems to assist identifying, assessing and resolving issues/problems.

Assess and resolve on-standard and standard issues or problems.

Seek advice and escalate issues when faced with tasks/problems outside the scope of the work.

Shift: 5 PM to 3 AM

CTC: 15,000 PM
