We seek motivated Candidates to join our team as a International Voice Process/ Claims Handler. The ideal candidate will hold a minimum qualification of any graduate and possess relevant experience in:
1.Candidate should be excellent in communication skills
2.Should have good verbal communication skills
3.Looking for typing speed of 35 WPM 90% Accuracy
4.Good to have customer handling skills
5.Should have good knowledge on customer support.
Key responsibilities include :
1.International Calling experience.
2.Quick and attentive speaking with the clients.
3.Convincing skills/International Tele marketing skills.
4.Able to generate leads through cold calling.
5.Leads generation towards Sponsors and Exhibitors.
6.Lead conversation and successful closing.
with a strong emphasis on teamwork, attention to detail, and effective communication. Candidates should demonstrate problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement in their field
