Capgemini Is Hiring Freshers For The Chat Process.We seek motivated Candidates to join our team as a Chat Process. The ideal candidate will hold a minimum qualification of Any Degree and possess relevant experience in Handle customer queries via chat support, providing timely and effective solutions.Process customer requests, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary.Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals and objectives.Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed assistance.
