Testbook Is Hiring Freshers For Customer Support Executive.We seek motivated Candidates to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. The ideal candidate will hold a minimum qualification of Any graduate and possess relevant experience in
1. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to interact clearly with customers.
2. Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
3. Customer Focus: Patience and empathy to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
4. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with company products or services to assist customers effectively.
5. Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple customer queries. Key responsibilities include 1.Interact with customers by phone, e-mail, or online chat concerning various care issues.
2.Provide hands-on support for customer care initiatives such as automated provisioning, online billing, order tracking, and detailed account management.
3.Solicit cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the customer care experience.
4.Tracking and reporting relevant customer care performance metrics.
5.Capturing and applying customer feedback, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, attention to detail, and effective communication. Candidates should demonstrate problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement in their field
